It looked way different from the pictures. I was expecting it to match what was shown, but it didn’t, and then I had to deal with the extra hassle of figuring out what to do with it afterward. Frustrating

I picked this up because the meaning behind the design sounded really special, but once I had it in person, it just didn’t hit the same. The symbol felt more like something from a product description than anything personal or meaningful to me. the whole backstory felt a little unnecessary after seeing it. Maybe other people will connect with it more, but for me it was kind of disappointing and didn’t feel worth it

At that point I just didn’t feel comfortable entering my card info. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating enough that I gave up and left the order.

I ordered a piece from Ka Gold Jewelry and paid extra to have it engraved, so I figured it would at least be clear and evenly done. When it arrived, the engraving was really faint in spots, and some of the letters looked like they were barely there.

I’m not expecting perfection beyond reason, but it’s jewelry, so common sense says the engraving should look clean and intentional. Instead, it looked kind of rushed and uneven, which was disappointing.
After waiting for it and paying more, I definitely wouldn’t choose their engraving again. The piece itself may be fine, but the engraving was not what I had in mind.

It looked really nice on the first day, but, quickly, the gold and silver finish started wearing off. I was disappointed, because it faded a lot faster than I expected.
